This is an intimate ceremony usually consisting of the couple and their 2 witnesses. The reasons for this type of ceremony are personal and varied – it could be time, finances, family matters, or the couple were married or plan to marry overseas and need legal recognition in Australia.
Either way my commitment to you is to provide a professional, passionate and friendly service. Your ceremony will be considered and handled with the upmost respect with a warm and loving approach.
As a Celebrant, I think it’s important that we get to know each other little first. Moving forward we then have our official meeting covering the creation of your Ceremony and all legalities. We continue communicating until your Ceremony is complete and we meet again on your wedding day.
What to expect:
An initial meeting. – is conducted either in person or on skype where we get to know each other a little and discuss your ceremony content. Should you wish to proceed, I would ask that you complete a booking form, sign a celebrant service agreement and pay a booking fee to secure my services.
The official meeting – This is where we discuss and create your ceremony draft. The legal documentation is also a part of this meeting attending to lodgement of the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM), once I have sighted the relevant identification documents.
The Ceremony – I will arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time and will dress according to your colour theme!
A professionally printed Marriage Certificate
Completion of all legal paperwork and lodgement on your behalf with the relevant authorities.
