We wanted to take a moment to pass along our sincere gratitude and appreciation for the wonderful work you did, in preparing and delivering the service for our beloved Alec Roberts.
We could not have asked for anything more, the service was so fitting of the funny and beautiful person that he was. You were the most amazing fit and nailed the mood of the day. Dad would have been so chuffed with how his day turned out.
We really appreciate the time you took to meet with us and tailor the service to Dad in such a detailed way. Taking the time to hear the stories and memories that we loved most about Dad and intertwining them so beautifully into your words throughout the service, even being willing to deliver a swear word in the chapel, ha ha. That is a memory of the day that will always bring a big smile to us all!! Taking the time to meet the people who attended and put faces to the names that you had read and heard so much about was noted. It was an incredible comfort to have someone so professional, yet compassionate and caring to guide us through the day. The small touches of including Rexy in the service, even in the candle lighting, were so special. We were very touched with the moments that you took to pay respect to Dad, bowing next to his coffin at the start of the service, lighting a candle for him, tossing a flower into his grave, and all the kind, caring glances and gestures for his family and friends throughout the service. You made us so comfortable with your warmth and kindness, that you very much felt like one of us throughout the day. You are a master of your craft and we consider ourselves very lucky to have met you. We are grateful for the beautiful memories that you helped to create on the day, we will hold them very dear. You truly helped us celebrate and farewell Dad with respect, love, and an appropriate amount of laughter.
Kindest regards,
Beryl, Pete, Tiffany and Rexy Roberts
I would like to sincerely thank you for conducting the ceremony for my sister Mandy on the 23rd of December 2016. As confronting as the day was, you certainly set the most appropriate and wonderful tone for the day.
Losing a beautiful family member such as Mandy is challenging and our family and friends’ emotions were heightened to their limit, but I must say Sally, your conduct, tone and carefully chosen words in the essence of Mandy and our family was quite simply outstanding. There were so many complementary comments regarding your service, we just can't thank you enough for helping us provide Mandy with the day that provided respect, dignity, tears and laughter that Mandy would have been so proud of and I'm sure her spirit was among us with delighted approval and with that great big smile on her face! Many thanks Sally you are amazing.
Kind regards, Scott McIntyre & Family
Sally, I just wanted to let you know how special you helped make Mum/Barb's send off.
You have so much experience presenting topics, products and services that many may consider 'just' professional skill, which of course you have! But Sally, it is not your working life that shines through, It is your most amazing ability to connect, to feel. Your own, inner beauty and spirit. Your own compassion, your genuine care of others, your genuine, blessed spirit....That’s what shines so brightly. You are a special lady. Thank you.

With the COVID 19 restrictions the coordination and organisation of Geoff’s funeral was something that put undue pressure and stress on our family. This is where Sally stepped in and made an extremely difficult and abnormal situation a lot less stressful. Sally made us feel at ease from the get go, we felt very comfortable in her presence and could easily open up and express ourselves to her. If fact, we managed to have many laughs together around the kitchen table and this carried on through to the memorial service.
Sadly we could only have 50 people present at the Chapel and Crematorium but the positive response we have had from our loved ones, who couldn’t make the service and viewed it via the live cross, has been fantastic. Comments made such as: “your celebrant made us feel as if we were there in there in with you”, “Sally was very engaging and inclusive” and “it was a beautiful and natural service”. This was very comforting for our family to hear this.
We would highly recommend Sally to conduct any memorial services, especially of this challenging nature. Her professionalism, communication and empathy towards our family was outstanding.
A huge thank you again Sally,
From all of the extended family

Hi Sally, I can’t thank you enough for your time and compassion and the beautiful service we all pulled together with your guidance.
Del had an absolutely fabulous albeit emotional day with her sons, grandchildren and friends. It was a fitting tribute to a remarkable man.
One or two of our local friends said they thought you were wonderful and would recommend you as would we.
Thank you again.

Having now had a couple of days to reflect and watch the video of Barbara’s service on Wednesday, I wanted to write and try to express the thanks but more-so, the gratitude we, as a family felt for the manner in which you conducted the service.
All of us feel it was a fitting farewell to someone who really was an exceptional human, someone who made a difference and will be sorely missed by many.
We gathered yesterday to talk through the day and our emotions, which was really good for all of us, but the one overriding point of discussion was you.
Your input to the service from a family point of view was amazing, considering you’d only met and spoken to us on 3 or 4 occasions or as a family unit, once. You personalised the service to such an extent it felt you had known Barbara personally, and that made it easier for us.
Thank you Sally, you do yourself such credit with your lovely manner, compassionate nature and professionalism. I have already had 2 requests for your details which I am only too happy to pass on.
We all wish you well for the future and do know there is always a cup of coffee available at Powell St West if you need a break or are passing our way.
Thank you again, Bob, Julia, Andrew and Daniel May

Bill & I wanted to say how happy we were to have you as the Celebrant at Tania's Funeral last week. We thought you were outstanding and you just seemed to zone-in on everything she had done in her life including the 2 bales of hay! The Celebration of Life also went well and Kyle did an outstanding job and kept us all amused. There was also much laughter but there were tears as well and I think we all just realised how much we are going to miss her. Our Heartfelt thanks to you Sally, we really did appreciate the fantastic job you did for us.
Warmest Regards, Bill & Lois Soper

Your handling of the ceremony was exemplary and your sincerity shone through!

Trisha, Kylie, David, Jamie and Amanda and the extended family would like to say thank you so very much for the wonderful memorial service you officiated for our beloved Peter.
He was a loved and respected human being and his sudden passing was very challenging for all. His beloved grandchildren Molly, Jake and Ava are feeling the loss greatly and talk about his service often.
As a husband, father, pop, confidante, relative, father in law, colleague and friend he touched many people which was so lovingly highlighted in the loving testimonials shared on the day.
Thank you once again for your professional delivery Sally, your ability to co-ordinate such a large and lengthy memorial for us helped make a very challenging experience a lot more comfortable for us.
